Mentoring

We envision the mentoring program becoming an important factor in recruiting, developing, and graduating outstanding brothers. We are currently looking for alumni to help shape the program and start mentoring chapter members.

Our co-chairs, Mark Billings and Steve Sherk, have an excellent vision for the mentoring program that will set our fraternity apart and create some great connections for brothers. They are looking for alumni in a variety of fields to help in two areas.

We need a small group of alumni to sit on the Mentorship Committee to define what the program is and how it will be delivered.

Mentor colony members

Based on the career interests of the undergraduate members, we would like to begin scheduling video calls with alumni in those fields to begin making connections right away.

Mark Billings (‘89, 1246) is the executive vice president and general manager of the Republic National Distributing Company. He has a track record of developing top talent throughout organizations. Mark will be leading the program planning and mentor recruitment process.
